Political Science: Politics and Political Theory in 20th century Italian History
The class introduces students both to Italian contemporary history and political thought by providing them with basic knowledge on different aspects (economic, cultural, social) of its development in the 20th century and outlining the ideas of some prominent political thinkers.
Topics are introduced at the beginning of the week. The second class meeting is a group discussion and debate based on the teacher's introduction and previously distributed reading materials.
