Every semester is made richer and more memorable by a variety of out-of-class activities that can be organized by the school such as:

• A two-day group excursion into the heart of Tuscany to discover its hidden treasures
• A night at the opera in nearby Florence or Lucca
• An evening of jazz and drinks, with a chance to mingle with Italian students from the Universita' degli Studi di Siena
• Grape harvesting or olive picking on the outskirts of Siena
• Wine tasting
• Lessons in the preparation of traditional Tuscan cuisine
• Hikes and bike rides through the countryside around Siena
• Workshops in mosaic work, art installation, photography and pottery
