* Meet Siena School Staff and host-families at 5pm at Siena Train Station. Students are responsible for their own arrival and departure arrangements to and from Siena. Please see student handbook for travel information.
** Students should plan to leave host families by late morning on June 24^th.

Application Deadline

March 15th, 2012. All the forms must be returned to us before the deadline.

Program Costs

Optional Costs:

• School of Record Fee: $ 400. This is only necessary if the university or institution will require an official transcript from Northern Arizona University (NAU)
• Cell phone loan program (students pay € 25 + a refundable € 25 deposit). Cost of calls/texts is not included.

Program fees and on-site fees include:

• 3-week room and half-board (breakfast and dinner daily) with an Italian host-family
• selection and monitoring of the host-family
• Siena Bus Pass
• One weekend excursion
• 24/7 emergency response in case of emergencies/medical visits assistance
• Travel advice and assistance throughout duration of program
• Final dinner
• Siena School Official Transcripts issuing and shipping. One copy will be mailed directly to the home instutution and other two copies will be mailed to the student mailing address. 

Programs fees and on-site feesdo not include:

• Application fee: € 30
• Cost of books, visits and excursions: € 120, to be paid upon arrival
• Lunches
• Round-trip airfare
• Optional program activities
• Personal Travel expenses
