From August 18 to Oct 26 the masterpiece of Siena's cathedral pavement will be on view to the public! A must-see in Siena!
Created between the 14th and 16th centuries, the cathedral floor is like an intricate jigsaw-puzzle of inter-locking pieces of marble, truly astonishing to see. The entire floor has over 50 panels, most of which are usually covered to protect them, and are only on view during limited times of the year. If you are in Siena, you should definitely check it out!
